Here's a pic of me and a fish that I caught circa 2002. One of my many early memories with the natural world. I participated in Girl Scouts, camping with my grandparents, tending to the vegetable garden with my dad, and various experiences in the suburban natural world. I've been grateful for these experiences that have shaped me into who I am today! Hi, I would like to share my *free* downloadable values workbook with you. This is a helpful tool to jumpstart thinking about, identifying, and aligning with the all things that are truly important to you. My family and I have a goal to visit all the state parks in Indiana this year! Last weekend we traveled down to Spring Mill State Park to camp and hike, and it was amazing! Here's a simple embodiment exercise to try when you're needing comfort, physical touch, grounding, intimacy, or just some lovin. Curious about the stats on walk & talk therapy? Me too! There are still a few spots for Group Nature Therapy- a psychoeducational group experience focusing on nature based tools to navigating mental health. I’m very excited. And would LOVE for you to sign up and/or share with your friends. DM with questions or more info! A sneak peek at the qualities, themes and aspects we’ll cover throughout the 6 weeks of the SPRING seasonal group nature therapy🦋 This quick 3-question assessment has helped me make many decisions as of late. Here’s the breakdown: Here is some more information about the group nature therapy offering starting MARCH 20!
